I’m Rachel, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).
I offer virtual psychotherapy to individuals across Ontario.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, stress, or life transitions while also balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and their own identity. You might feel like you’re always holding things together for others, while quietly feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what you need for yourself.
My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you understand patterns, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
