Hello there!
I’m Rachel, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

I meet clients with compassion and curiosity. My approach is collaborative and human-centered, helping clients understand their emotions, build self-trust, and feel more at ease within themselves. I’m currently offering therapy through Meadowbrook Counselling & Health Associates as I complete my registration hours.
